What is Vantoryn?
Vantoryn is a concept-stage workflow for finding potential warranty value in closed repair orders, preparing policy-cited claim packs, and tracking rejection or supplier-recovery paths. It is not yet represented as a deployed customer product.
What happens in a Warranty Leakage Review?
The proposed review selects one equipment segment, one OEM policy set, and a redacted historical sample. It maps recovery hypotheses, missing evidence, filing-window risk, recurring rejection patterns, control points, and one possible pilot workflow.
Does Vantoryn decide whether a repair qualifies?
No. Diagnosis, causal attribution, contract interpretation, eligibility, goodwill, requested amount, and final submission remain human decisions.
Does Vantoryn submit claims automatically?
No. The initial product direction prepares reviewable material. A warranty professional decides what is accurate and whether to submit it.
Which equipment segments are in scope?
The website addresses construction equipment, agricultural equipment, commercial trucks, and equipment rental. Each initial review remains limited to one segment and one OEM; it does not blend policy logic across programs.
Do you integrate with our DMS or OEM portal?
No integration is claimed on this site. A successful review could inform a later read-only DMS connection, but supported systems and implementation details would require validation.
What data goes into the public form?
Only broad sales-qualification information. Do not submit customer names, VINs or serial numbers, repair orders, policy documents, claim evidence, portal credentials, photos, or financial records.
Do you guarantee recovery or claim acceptance?
No. The site makes no guarantee about dollars recovered, acceptance rate, turnaround time, or pricing. Those claims require operating evidence that does not yet exist.
How are uncertain cases represented?
With explicit labels such as potential, missing evidence, conflict, or human decision. A recommendation should identify its source and policy version rather than invent certainty.
What happens after a successful review?
If the dealer validates the logic and evidence schema, the parties may define a continuous workspace for new closed work, exceptions, resubmissions, supplier recovery, and paid status. This is an optional next step, not an automatic commitment.
