This notice describes the Vantoryn marketing website and its Warranty Leakage Review qualification form. It does not describe a future claims product or customer data environment.

What we collect
The qualification form collects your name, work email, company, role or team, service-location range, equipment segments, approximate monthly closed-repair-order band, OEM-program range, current claim-preparation method, principal challenge, preferred timeline, and contact consent. The server adds a random submission ID, UTC receipt time, and site identifier.

Why we use it
We use the submission to evaluate whether a bounded Warranty Leakage Review may be relevant, understand broad operating context, respond to the inquiry, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and plan a scope conversation.

Storage and retention
Accepted submissions are stored in a server-local JSON file for this website. The file is outside the public static web root and is intended to be managed through authenticated server access. Submissions are retained for business follow-up unless removed by the site operator. There is currently no public account, self-service access, export, correction, or deletion portal.

What not to submit
Do not send customer names, VINs or equipment serial numbers, repair orders, policy documents, claim evidence, photos, portal credentials, financial records, or other sensitive operational material through the public form. The form has no file uploader.

Application records and infrastructure logs
The lead application does not add your IP address, request headers, or honeypot value to the lead record. This does not mean that network, reverse-proxy, hosting, security, or other infrastructure layers never create technical logs. Those systems may process connection data as part of operating and securing the website.

Your choices
You may choose not to submit the form. If you have already submitted and want to ask about the record, reply through the same business communication channel used for follow-up. Because no general privacy contact address has been supplied for publication, this notice does not invent one.

Changes to this notice
This notice may be revised if the form fields, storage method, receiving entity, retention practice, contact channel, or site infrastructure changes. The effective date above should be updated when substantive changes are published.
